Prof. Kai Yang is a full professor at the School of Ecological and Environmental Sciences, East China Normal University. He formerly served as the Associate Dean of the School of Resources and Environmental Science at East China Normal University and Vice President of the Shanghai Society of Ecological Economics. He has been long engaged in teaching and research in water managementand especially in the field of environmental hydrology. He is also a recipient of both the Shanghai science and technology progress award and the Shanghai policy consultation achievement award.
